   • No Refunds: We generally do not offer cash refunds on custom-made items.

   • Free Alterations: If your shirt doesn't fit perfectly, we offer free alterations within 15 days of delivery.

   • Remake Guarantee: If the fit is unalterable due to a BYS error, we will remake the shirt for you at no additional cost.

   
   

2. Ready Made & Monochrome Collection

   • 7-Day Return/Exchange: You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed standard-sized items with tags intact within 7 days of delivery.

   • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
